DIY – My recipes for fast face masks

Hey my Dearest!

I know that many of you like homemade face masks. That’s true that they work much better than the readymade products. They don’t even cause any adverse reaction of skin! From now on, you won’t need to browse the Internet to look for an inspiration. Specially for you, I collected the best and the most effective recipes for face masks. Therefore, just add this entry to your browser’s bookmark or print it out and use always when you feel like applying a DIY face mask. Here we go 🙂

1. Cleansing and smoothing face mask with flaxseed

Take a tablespoon of flaxseed and coat it with 250 ml of cold water. Boil over low heat to make it dense. Be careful not to burn your face mask, keep stirring. Once you get the consistency that enables you to put it onto your face, turn off the burner and let the mixture cool down. Next, apply to the face and let sit 20 minutes. However, if the face mask turns out to be too runny, you can coat your face with lignin. Thanks to this, the face mask won’t run down your face.

2. Chamomile face mask for sensitive skin

Take 3 tablespoons of dry chamomile and a tablespoon of minced sage. Put them into hot water and stir. When the mixture cools down, add a drop of vitamin A. It’s advised to apply the face mask when it is still warm, but not hot. Rinse with lukewarm water after 30 minutes.

3. Normalising yeast face mask for oily skin

Cover a tablespoon of yeast with a small amount of pre-boiled water (lukewarm). Add a few drops of lemon juice. Remember that the face mask must be dense enough to make it sit where applied. Put the face mask on and wait until it dries out completely. After that, rinse the mask with lukewarm water. You can also massage the face with your fingertips to stimulate micro blood circulation inside your skin.

4. Potato face mask for fatigued skin

Boil one big potato, mash it and mix with a tablespoon of warm milk. Apply the face mask before it gets dry. Go ahead and put it on your face, neck and cleavage. Next, take gauze, damp it with water and also put onto your face. This will prevent the mask from getting dry too fast. Let it sit 15 minutes and, of course, rinse with lukewarm water afterwards.

5. Carrot face mask for dry skin

Boil one carrot, mash it with a fork, mix with one tablespoon of cottage cheese or natural yoghurt and an egg yolk. Keep the face mask on your face for 20 minutes and then rinse it with lukewarm water.

Enjoy your beautiful face skin!
