1. Egg Yolk for Skin and Hair

Mix an egg yolk with two spoons of honey. Apply the mask on the face, neck and chest, chill in, and rinse it out after twenty minutes using warm water.

Moisturizing Face Mask

Mix an egg yolk, spoon of olive oil and teaspoon of honey, optionally add oil, e.g. coconut oil. Put the mask on the face, have a lie-in, and rinse it off after twenty minutes.

Moisturizing Hair Mask

You use the same ingredients, mixing a yolk (or two if your hair is long) with a spoon of olive oil and a teaspoon of honey. Apply the mask on washed hair and rinse off after twenty minutes.

2. Egg White for Better Skin and Hair

Clarifying Face Mask

Beat egg white and add a few drops of freshly-squeezed lemon juice and warm water. Apply the mixture on the face and rinse it off after ten or fifteen minutes.

Moisturizing Face Mask

Beat egg white and add a spoon of honey and oil (coconut, jojoba or any oil you’ve got). Mix the ingredients and apply the mask on the face skin. Rinse it off after twenty minutes using warm water.

Dark Under Eye Circles Buster

Soak two cotton rounds in egg white and put them under the eyes. Let them lie for ten minutes. Gently massage the skin for a few minutes. Rinse the residue off using warm water.

Moisturizing Mask for Dry Hair

Beat two egg whites until stiff. Add ripe banana and 150 ml of milk. Mix them well. You either put it in dry hair before washing or wet hair after shampooing. It’s up to you. I like the other option. Apply the mask throughout the length of hair. You get the product better working if you put hair in a bun and cover it with a shower cap. Rinse it off after 20 minutes using warm water.

3. Eggshells for Healthier Skin, Hair, and Nails

Exfoliating Mask

First scald shells from two eggs and grind them in mortar. Mix them with egg white and apply the pulp on the face. Leave it on for ten minutes and then gently massage the face. Rinse it off using warm water. Tap some moisturizer on the skin.

Brilliant Mixture for Stronger Hair and Nails

Scald eggshells from 4 or more eggs. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F and bake them for ten minutes. Take them out and finely grind them; use a coffee grinder or mixer. Keep the powder closed tightly in a jar. Add half teaspoon to one meal a day, e.g. yoghurt or soup. It’s a natural supplement. I’ve just tried it a few times but my sister has been using it for a long time and highly recommends it. She says the hair got better after two or three weeks.
