Vitamin guide: how vitamins affect our good looks?

What vitamins does your body lack?

VITAMIN A – its deficiency causes all kinds of skin blemishes so you should take supplements. An extra benefit – you won’t suffer from night blindness. Worth it, right?

VITAMIN D – it’s a must for all sportspeople and bodybuilders because it keeps bones and muscles strong. If you tend to feel tired and your muscles are very bothersome – reach for foods rich in vitamin D. It additionally helps eliminate gastric problems.

VITAMIN B7, aka biotin, is a famous beauty-enhancing vitamin which has a huge impact on the state of hair, nails, skin. Its deficiency may be also a symptom of depression. You can take biotin supplements but luckily drastic deficiency of vit. B7 is very rare.

VITAMIN B9 – folic acid, beneficial for moms-to-be, strengthens body’s immunity, accelerates repair whereas its deficiency leads to serious changes inside the skin and mood swings.

VITAMIN B12 – keeps body in shape. Deficiency of vit. B12 appears through numb limbs, lifeless and sallow skin, feeling dizzy, gum bleeding and poor memory. Without this very vitamin, we get tired easily so if you want to keep lively and have excellent memory, you must take B12 supplements!

E whereas argan oil boasts the biggest amount. It’s a good thing because vitamin E is fat-soluble.
