My secret method for the perfect eyebrow makeup!

Hello girls!

I the e-mails from you, I often get asked how to do the perfect eyebrow makeup, how to shape and fill in eyebrows or how to make the brow makeup last longer…Therefore, I decided to explain to you how I style my eyebrows. Hopefully, you’ll find my tips useful!

  • I usually start with applying some loose powder to my eyebrows. Then, with a spoolie brush (or an old, clean mascara wand) I brush out the excess of the product. Translucent powder applied over the area will help set and dry the skin.
  • With a very dark brown brow pencil, I outline the bottom of the brow. I always make sure not to change the natural shape of my brows as I consider it the most flattering for my face shape.
  • For filling in the brows, I like to use a brown eyeshadow (or a brow pomade) a lighter than the pencil I used for outlining the shape. In my opinion, a small, angle-cut brush is ideal for this purpose. If I’m not in a rush and have more time, I use a lighter shade at the beginning of the brows (closer to the nose) and a darker one at the end.
  • With the use of the same spoolie brush, I brush out the excess of the product and spread it evenly. This way, I get a more natural look.
  • The last stage is the use of a liquid concealer. I apply it with a small, precise brush just below the eyebrow arch. This way, the eyebrow will be more expressive (if you want to strengthen this effect, you can also apply a concealer above the eyebrow). The product should be gently blended out so that its borders are blurred.
  • Now is the time for setting everything in place. If I want to keep my eyebrows in shape for many hours, I apply a special brow gel. Tip! It can be replaced with hairspray! Just spray it over your spoolie brush and brush through your eyebrows.

Girls, before you start doing your makeup, remember that the natural shape of the eyebrows is the best. If you are not sure how to style the eyebrows to emphasize it, then I encourage you to use the help of a beautician. Plucking or threading at the salon is a very cheap procedure which saves you time, pain and there is no risk that something will go wrong.
