Let’s make body butter with magnesium
For making body butter you’ll need: half the glass of magnesium flakes with three table spoons of preboiled and still warm water (you can also use magnesium oil available at the healthy food store), 1/4 the glass of unrefined coconut oil, two table spoons of beeswax and three table spoons of Shea butter. How to prepare body butter with magnesium? Mix magnesium flakes with the three table spoons of the water. Once the mix achieves semi-liquid consistency take it off the oven and leave to cool down. In different container mix rest of the ingredients then heat it up till you reach the unanimous mass. When mixing oils and butter, slowly add liquefied magnesium flakes. If the mix is clear and has a smooth texture, place it for 15 minutes in the fridge. Store it at the room temperature or in the fridge for two months. Use the body butter after every shower or bath.

It is cosmetic that perfectly makes skin smooth and protects against harmful external factors. Coconut oil and Shea butter contain natural SPF 5, which protects skin against the UV radiation, wrinkles and pigmentation.
