Magic potion that accelerates hair growth and reinforces bulbs? Homemade face mask which rejuvenates face skin successfully?
You don’t have to spend millions because the solution is in… parsley! This inconspicuous plant, which we add to soup, may appear as very helpful not only in cooking but also in every day care. How is it possible?
Parsley is a diversity of nutrients which are essential for our organism. Namely, this green plant contains iron, folic acid, potassium, copper, zinc, magnesium, iodine, flavonoids as well as fibre.
I like everything that contains many microelements because these substances are responsible for all the good things that happen to our body. After all, our look depends on the fact whether we have in our organism the right amount of nourishing substances or not. Each shortage contributes to worsening the condition of our hair, skin and fingernails.
What are the features of parsley?
- Nourishes, evens and highlights complexion.
- Moisturises by limiting dehydration of skin.
- Relieves irritations, delivers soothing.
- Eliminates the signs of fatigue, contracts skin pores.
- Slightly lightens the complexion and freshens it up.
- Counteracts hair loss.
- Reinforces hair bulbs and accelerates hair growth.
PARSLEY IN BEAUTY
Parsley, despite being inconspicuous, is a very universal product that can be used in many various ways. Even I was surprised at the number of possibilities it offers. Here is a few tested DIY cosmetics containing parsley.
Parsley face mask
Chop very finely a handful of parsley and blend it with a fresh cucumber. Use natural yoghurt as a base. This is a great way to obtain radiant face.
Parsley water as a compress
Cover a bunch of parsley with boiling water and keep under cover for 15 minutes. Drain and cool the infusion. Put there cosmetic pads and apply them to your skin to light it up.
Rejuvenating parsley mask
Either chop or blend a handful of parsley with cottage cheese or cream. Apply the mass to your face, cleavage and neck. The effect? Less dull and more rested complexion.
Moisturising parsley mask
Mix chopped parsley with olive oil. Warm up the mixture in a bowl, and then add cocoa and cream. Combine the ingredients and use warm for fine moisturisation.
Parsley toner
Natural parsley water is a safe and effective freshening up tonic. Chop a bunch of parsley, coat with water and leave for 24 hours. Wipe your face with strained water.
Parsley juice for hair
My HIT! Squeeze the juice out of parsley (you need to use a juice extractor). Rub into the scalp and hair. Parsley juice strengthens hair that is fine and brittle. Also, it nourishes bulbs, slows down excessive hair loss and, what is the most important, accelerates hair growth!
