4 Best Vitamin C Face Serums that Gave Me a Younger Face & Glowing Skin

I’ve got reviews of superb vitamin C face serums for you. I’d been testing tons of different products and it’s taken me a long time to find the best ones. Now I want to share them so you don’t need to waste your money on beauty items that do nothing.

I think the below 4 serums are the best picks because they have amazing formulas, get expert recommendations, and produce outstanding effects! They gave me glowing and younger-looking skin. Check them out now!

How do I use my face serum?

I use some face serums twice a day, others just morning or evening, and there’s a group I use only from time to time.

Still, the way of applying them always looks the same:

I use a cleansing gel. I spray rose water on the face and wait until it’s dry. Serum applied on wet face may trigger irritations or fail to sink in fully so always make sure the skin is dry. Next, I spread a few drops of the serum across the face. Believe me, even a small amount produces excellent effects. I gently massage it into the face, neck and neckline. Once the serum is absorbed, I reach for a moisturizer to secure active ingredients in the skin. That’s all. 🙂

They gave me a brighter and younger face!

Nanoil, Vitamin C Face Serum

Nanoil, Vitamin C Face Serum

Nanoil is my number-one face serum. It has a really cool, light-textured consistency which is pleasant to apply. Because of this smooth and make-up-friendly texture I like to use it both morning and evening. Nanoil Vitamin C Face Serum keeps my skin subtly glowing all day. When I use it in the PM, I wake up to a smooth and radiant face which looks healthy. Besides that, the serum faded the pigmentation spots that I’d been struggling with for many years. Ethyl ascorbic acid is the form of vitamin C infused into the Nanoil serum. This means it is good even for the most sensitive complexions. There’s also an extra ingredient that should be spotted: an extract from Boerhavia Diffusa, natural and potent antioxidant. Thanks to this addition, the Nanoil serum has an antiaging effect. It’s already reduced my face lines and made the skin firmer and more elastic. I’m sure it will stay like that for many years. Next to great results and a big 50-ml bottle, we get a low price! Yet another reason why Nanoil is worth a try. 🙂

Olehenriksen, Truth Serum

It belongs to the range of brightening products by Olehenriksen. I got myself a moisturizer from the line and I’m happy with the results too. As far as the serum goes, it’s the best shine booster I’ve ever had! It instantly gives an amazing glow which lasts all day. I usually give up on make-up when I use it. The added citrus extracts take credit for that, plus give the serum a wonderful scent. On top of that, the Olehenriksen Truth Serum deeply moisturizes the skin because it’s high in hyaluronic acid. It slightly brightens pigmentation marks too, but I didn’t spot any wrinkle-reducing effect. Still, it strengthens the skin like any product with vitamin C. The serum has a pump applicator and is easy to use, but it’s quite thick. We get 30 ml which last long but watch out for the high price!

Paula’s Choice, Resist C15 Super Booster

Paula’s Choice Resist C15 Super Booster is an intensive serum with 15 percent vitamin C blended with vitamin E, peptides and ferulic acid. The formula takes just a few uses to brighten hyperpigmentation. The product additionally guards the skin against oxidative stress so it can keep young for longer. It managed to make my face lines less visible and evened the skin tone. Too bad there’s also a thing I don’t like about Paula’s Choice Resist C15 Super Booster. It gave me slight skin irritation and redness at first. My face needed time to get used to the high concentration of vitamin C. It doesn’t mean you’re going to end up with the same problem, though. It probably depends on the skin type. I’ve got sensitive and redness-prone skin. When it comes to application, I either use the booster alone or mix it with a moisturizer (I recommend the latter if your skin is delicate or prone to broken capillaries). The Paula’s Choice Resist C15 Super Booster doesn’t give me the desired glow so if I use it before sleep, I need to reach for Nanoil or Olehenriksen in the morning for a radiance boost. A 30-ml bottle costs a lot.

Purito, Pure Vitamin C Serum

Pure Vitamin C Serum by Purito is the last item in my roundup. I like it for a big 60-ml bottle and low price. This serum contains vitamin C, abounds in hyaluronic acid, and is enriched with apples and ginseng extract. It is meant for firming, moisturizing and brightening the face. The Purito Pure Vitamin C Serum has an extra antibacterial effect and soothes inflamed skin which makes it a good choice if you’re an acne sufferer. I usually use it before bedtime because it takes a lot of time to sink in and sometimes leaves a sticky feel. The manufacturer recommends keeping it in the refrigerator so I can’t take it with me when I travel, plus it’s simply bothersome. I usually choose a product I have in the bathroom. I’m simply lazy…

My face boasts a healthy shine and looks young and fresh thanks to the four serums.

I’m dying to know your number-one face care products and whether vitamin C serum is an essential in your skincare regimen. <3
