Do peeling. All you need is in your… kitchen!

Probably there is no women in the world who don’t love peelings, of course, excluding the women who haven’t tried these products yet. The rest of the women, who at least reached for a good peeling one in their life appreciates the action it delivers. I adore peelings and I apply them regularly. Thanks to this my skin all over my body is exceptionally smooth and neat.

Today I’m going to reveal my SECRET – a good peeling doesn’t have to be expensive.

Everything that you need to make peeling is already there at your home. All you need to do is taking from your cupboard the products that are natural and hide the unlimited nourishing substances deposits. Natural care is always on the table therefore we should take advantage of the simplest solutions. Homemade peelings are believed to be better by a long chalk for skin because they don’t contain gate-crashers like preservatives, silicones, artificial fragrances or colourants. The pure nature for the sake of our skin. I’m in favour of this kind of a solution.

How does home body peeling work?

The effects can be various depending on the type of substances we reach for. Nevertheless, all kinds of peelings provide hydration, nourishment and add softness to skin. Naturally, peelings remove dead epidermis cells thanks to which skin becomes smoother. Also, this facilitates absorption of caring substances we deliver by applying creams and oils. If we add an oil of flexibility improving action or a product that supports combating cellulite, our peeling can work miracles. Everything depends on us.

Here is the list of products that are worth using while making your own peeling.

Dead Epidermis Cells Exfoliating Agent + Caring Substances

Dead Epidermis Cells Exfoliating Agents – the best are coffee grains (anti-cellulite action), sea salt of various grains (gives the possibility to make a peeling of various graininess), cane sugar or crushed nuts (walnuts, hazelnut, almonds). Beware! I wouldn’t recommend using peelings made of seeds because their irregular shapes might harm skin.

Caring Substances – they can be combined in any configuration you want yet, always make sure that the consistency remains dense when combined with a dead epidermis cells exfoliating agent. The best base ingredient to be used in your DIY peeling is, for example, natural yoghurt, coconut oil, honey, sweet almond oil, argan oil, or olive oil mixed with lemon juice.
