Today I’d like to tell you about my recipe for beautiful and healthy skin, hair and body. You only need one ingredient – argan oil by Nanoil. It has been a trend for the past few seasons which is the reason why this precious oil can be found in so many products for the body and hair but the best results are achieved with the use of 100% natural argan oil. As the manufacturer assures, Nanoil Argan Oil contains over 100 precious substances which make the oil a potent antioxidant.
Argan oil is one of the most popular and expensive oils in the world. The cosmetic argan oil by Nanoil is extracted from fresh nuts of the Argan tree, also called Argania – a wonderful plant in Morocco. Their average lifespan is about a few hundred years! Argan tree nut oil is called Liquid Gold of Morocco not without a reason. Nanoil Argan Oil is a rich source of active components such as:
- tocopherols – antioxidants that combat free radicals effectively,
- squalane – a component found in human sebum which forms a “shield” on the skin’s surface to protect it against harmful external factors, exhibits skin cancer protective qualities,
- plant sterols – substances that strengthen the skin lipid barrier which inhibits natural moisture loss,
- carotenoids – natural dyes that stimulate collagen production with antioxidant abilities.
Due to the product’s content of these precious ingredients, argan oil protects the skin against harmful external factors and, most importantly, free radicals (oxidants) that damage skin cells. Argan oil by Nanoil, thanks to cold-pressing, shows the most potent antioxidant capabilities.
99% of the oil composition is made up of triglycerides – fatty acids such as:
- oleic acid – supports the transport of active ingredients,
- linoleic – supports the regeneration of the epidermis, slows down the skin ageing process, and regulates sebaceous glands.
How do I use Nanoil Argan Oil?
I use it for the face, body and hair:
#I boost my cosmetics
I add a few drops of the beauty oil to my favourite moisturizer or balm with the use of a pipette. Argan oil is a fantastic booster for my homemade DIY face masks. When using a hair conditioner, I also apply a small amount of oil to increase its hydrating properties. Moreover, I create cleansing oil combinations to remove my makeup. I mix three of my favourite Nanoil oils: argan oil, castor oil and jojoba oil, and wash my face using an OCM method.
#I replace my serum
The delicate Nanoil Argan Oil is the perfect alternative to a hydrating face serum or an eyebrow or hair serum. I apply the oil after washing and drying my face. I use about 2-3 drops and tap them in with my fingers. I also use the Argan ‘conditioner’ for my eyebrows and lashes. To do that, I grab a clean brush, a spoolie or a cotton swab. My secret recipe is nourishing my ends with the oil as well.
#oil treatment
The precious oil has a highly beneficial impact on your hair – not only does it smooth out the strands and hydrate them but it also repairs damage to the hair structure. For the best effect, it’s best to do an oil treatment. How exactly to do that? Coat your hair strands as well as massage the oil into your scalp, then do a bun and leave it overnight. You can also do this treatment at least 30 minutes before you wash your hair.
